Getting Here 
Please ensure that any allergies or skin sensitivities, or photo references have been shared with us here.

  • Please arrive with bare skin and no sunscreen applied. If you usually wear contact lenses, we recommend wearing them instead of glasses where possible.

    • Please arrive with a bare face (no sunsceen applied).

    • If you’re more comfortable using your own makeup products or tools, you’re welcome to bring them along.

    • If you usually wear contact lenses, we recommend wearing them instead of glasses where possible.

    • If you have some time (~10 minutes) to spare after your session, we’re happy to take a complimentary headshot as a small bonus.

    • Please show up with a bare face (no sunsceen applied).

    • Bring along any makeup products or tools you currently use. Bringing your own products allows us to review what’s working, what isn’t, and how to maximise what you already have. If you prefer not to bring anything, all necessary products and tools are provided in-studio.

    • (In-Studio) Beyond the session itself, please set aside an additional 10 minutes if you’d like time to take photos of products used, and recap the session on your personalised face chart.

Booking Policy

Please arrive on time for your session. If you arrive late, you may choose to proceed with the session at no additional charge, with the understanding that it will still end at the originally scheduled time, or opt to reschedule your appointment, subject to availability, with a $15 administrative fee.

If you’re feeling unwell, please do not attend your appointment. Instead, reach out to us by email (hello@nooc.space) to arrange a reschedule.

No-shows and cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. We’re happy to offer one complimentary reschedule per booking if you notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Any additional reschedule requests for the same booking, or rescheduling within 12 hours of your appointment time, will incur a $15 administrative fee, charged automatically to your card.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy

For all in-studio appointments, a $30 deposit is collected at the point of booking. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances and will be deducted from the final service fee.

The remaining balance may be settled in cash on the day of the appointment, via PayNow transfer, or by card payment, subject to a 3.4% processing fee.

Companion Policy

To maintain a focused and uninterrupted session, companions are not permitted.

Skin Sensitivities & Product Use

Please let us know ahead of time if you have any skin conditions, sensitivities, or allergies. We’ll do our best to accommodate where possible, and you’re welcome to bring your own products if that feels more comfortable for you. As individual skin responses can vary, nooc. is not responsible for any reactions that may occur during or after the session.

Media Usage

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing prior to the session, nooc. reserves the right to use photographs and videos captured during the session for portfolio, marketing, and documentation purposes. This may include use across digital platforms, social media, and promotional materials. All media will be used respectfully and in alignment with the brand’s professional standards.

Satisfaction & Refund Policy

As beauty outcomes are subjective, refunds will not be issued for any completed services due to dissatisfaction or differences between expected and final outcomes.
